Welcome to Three Spotty Dogs K9 Training.

I am Liesel Thorner and I have recently established TSD K9 Training to offer fully insurerd puppy and dog training services to owners in Somerset and surrounding areas.

I have a lifetime of dog ownership under my belt with a variety of breeds, Collies, Spaniels and for the last 14 years my soul dogs, Dalmatians. The relationship with all my dogs has always been a deep one. As a child, they were never far from my side and I could often be found in the garden or down the fields, just laying in the long grass contemplating the day with one of them.

The arrival of Mona, our youngest spotty dog, who as a puppy rarely slept and was able to run rings around everyone she met, meant I had to up my game in the behavioural and training stakes to help her develop into the well adjusted, social, loving girl that she is today.

After speaking with a friend who is also a well respected behaviourist and seeing the results of a few minor tweaks to Mona’s routine, my long established interest in canine behaviour was reawakened and I decided to leave my job of 20 years to retrain as a canine trainer and behaviourist.
